LORD STA Series Center-Bonded Rubber Isolators Mounts

Static Axial Load Range: 200 - 700 lbs (890 - 3110 N)

Engineered specifically to handle medium (200- 700 lbs.) loads, this one piece design provides excellent vibration control and shock attenuation.

Natural frequency at rated load is 9.0 Hz. Shock loads are controlled by compression snubbing which limits the travel for stability.

The safetied design feature keeps the system captive in the event the elastomer is destroyed. Vibration and shock protection are provided in all directions. Elastomer bonded to the inner and outer metal parts gives extra strength, resilient performance and necessary flexibility to accommodate twisting and racking.

Installation requires only single drilled, punched, or cast hole for the mount to drop into. Assembly is completed with standard bolt, washer, and lock nut. The mount is designed for Grade 8 bolt torquing to meet industry standards. Proper precompression of the mount is accomplished by. simply tightening nut to your specified torque.

Standard sizes available from stock. Custom designs can be engineered to satisfy unusual requirements.
